Since 2010 Phil and Andrea Chavanne have been the proud owners of Tenpenny Vacation Rentals. After spending the first 4 years of marriage in full-time ministry they took over management of Selah Springs Ranch, their family’s property on the San Saba River where they built a wedding and vacation rental business, which at the time was only limited to the ranch itself. But as the wedding business grew so did the demand for more lodging.
Their first step was to partner with a neighbor at the beautiful Shatzie Ranch and soon began finding clients for them and managing their property. From that point on the business grew and grew. Since then they have partnered with ranches and private homes across McCulloch and Mason counties, offering unique rural getaways to travelers from all over the world. Residents of this wonderful part of our state since 2006 and are thrilled to show their guests the true grandeur of the heart of Texas.
